RoCo Driver

Independent contractor opportunity, not employment.
Must complete a W-9 before accepting jobs.
Proof of active auto insurance is required.
Must have a vehicle equipped with a 2-inch receiver hitch and functioning 4-pin trailer wiring.
Driver compensation is based on performance:
Tier 1: $50 per completed job
Tier 2: $55 per completed job
Tier 3: $60 per completed job
Performance tiers are determined by factors including reliability, punctuality, customer service, job quality, proper handling of items, communication, documentation, and compliance with RoCo Installs procedures.
Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, vehicle expenses, and other business expenses.

Tier 2: $27 per completed job
Tier 3: $30 per completed job
Performance tiers are determined by factors including reliability, punctuality, customer service, job quality, safe handling of items, communication, and teamwork.
Helpers assist with lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and safely moving heavy items.
Helpers are not authorized to operate or tow the RoCo Installs trailer.
Helpers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, and other business expenses.
